Chatting with a Master

When talking about Richard C Bell the word “master” almost seems like an understatement. I had the privilege of working with Dick for four intense years and learning from this amazing man (Rome Prize Winner, Fellow of the American Academy in Rome, Fellow ASLA, Raleigh Hall of Fame, Sir Walter Raleigh Award Winner are a very few of his many titles and awards). I sat with him and chatted for a bit recently and luckily brought along my Leica to snap a few shots.

Here’s a designer that I love working with. Marie Cordella creates fashion pieces with so much personality and individuality that it hurts. We put together this shoot in a ridiculously short amount of time and pulled it off without a hitch.

I captured this image of a Mennonite Farm from a river boat on the Belize River deep in the jungle of Belize. We were on our way to see the Mayan ruins at Lamanai which turned out to be an amazing trip.
